The hotel was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants. the staff members were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. the room was clean and well-maintained.
The noise level at the hotel was unbearable. Loud music from the adjacent bar could not be blocked out despite closing all the windows.

Walking distance to Kaguraoka Park. A short walk to Baikoken Honten, where you can have lunch. It is near the airport;))

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location near the train station made it very convenient for us to explore the city center. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable information about popular attractions and even assisting us when one of our travel companions needed medical attention. Additionally, the breakfast options were excellent, offering both Western and Japanese choices, and we were able to enjoy unlimited coffee and juice.

The hotel's location was very convenient, close to public transportation and shops. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, even paying for our taxi when we got lost trying to find the hotel. The breakfast had a great selection of both Japanese and Western food, and the room was comfortable.
The walk from the hotel to the train station could be dangerous during the winter months due to icy streets. It would be helpful if the hotel provided guests with information on safe routes to take during the winter.
